Malibu Country Estates consists of 107 homes. The HOA was formed to provide the architectural control of the residential lots in our community and to promote the health, safety, and welfare of its residents.

In its history, the HOA has benefitted homeowners in many ways including:

...Establishing a View Protection Ordinance.

…Creating a City Ordinance restricting overnight parking in the subdivision to residents with a license.

…Cooperating with the Los Angeles County Public Works Department regarding our wastewater plant.

…Securing an amendment to our CC&Rs that re-defines the meaning of “single family dwelling” to preclude boarding houses, half-way houses, etc.

…Surveillance cameras and warning signs to enhance the safety in our neighborhood.

…The Homeowners’ Association has a 9 person Board of Directors as well as Subcommittees for individual issues and agendas.
